Screening Criteria
Each applicant and co-applicant 18 years or older must submit a separate application. There is a nonrefundable $35 fee per application. Please be sure to select the specific property you are interested in when applying.
Recent and verifiable rental or ownership history (either yourself or one of the co-applicants). Landlord or owner contact information must be provided on the application.
Minimum gross monthly household income = 3 times monthly rent. Pay stubs or bank statements will be required. We do not currently accept HUD or PCS vouchers.
If wages from employment are the primary source of household income then: Minimum of Six months consecutive work history (either yourself or one of the co-applicants).
Favorable tenant screening report (credit, criminal, eviction). Credit score below 580 is not an immediate dis-qualifier if you have mitigating circumstances that can be explained.
Pets are allowed on some properties on a case-by-case basis. If you have questions, call before applying. No Pit Bulls allowed.
