Tour Info

Self guided tours are available on some of our properties.  After we receive identity verification you will receive a temporary key box code for the hour block requested.

Codes reset every hour on the hour so please request your tour accordingly.

Example:   1234 Elm St.   Aug 11th   2:00pm - 3:00pm

Instructions: 

1.  Press center button on the key box to clear and wake the box

2.  Enter provided code

3.  Pull the face of the box forward to open

4.  After viewing the property, please turn off all lights, lock all doors and secure the keys back in the key box.  If you have trouble closing the box, you may need to re-enter the code provided. 

After Tour:  If interested in applying for the property, please select that property under the Rentals tab on this website and apply online.
